昨夜のWBCとても良い試合でしたね。日本強い！株式会社の取締役の任期に関して。

・法律上通常任期：２年

・非公開会社：定款で定めることで１０年まで任期を延長可

任期１０年の場合の長所・短所は以下の通りです。

・長所：選任・登記を頻繁に行う必要が無い（１０年毎に対応要）

・短所：任期中その取締役を簡単にはやめさせることができない

ちなみに有限会社の役員には任期はありません。長所・短所を考慮の上、定款で任期を決めて頂ければと思います。
