株式会社設立時の資本金をいくらにするか。法律上資本金に制限はなく、1円から設立可能です。しかし資本金が著しく低いと金融機関は信用度の低い会社としてを融資や法人口座開設を受ける障害となる場合もあります。税金面でも1000万円を境に課税の基準が変わってきます。銀行に融資条件を予め確認するなどして、数百万円を資本金とする場合が多いようです。まとめると・・・
